Westpac reports sustainability progress, net profit

Westpac Group has recorded increases in employee engagement and the percentage of women in leadership and decreases in its lost time injury frequency rate (LITFR) and greenhouse gas emissions, against a backdrop of a net profit of AU$6.99bn, an increase of 10% over 2010's result.
